Exciting Student Masterclass on Healthy Chinese Cooking by FUN:) HCCA held in Ming-Ai Institute Friday June 16th with a group of wonderful and talented year 10 students from St Michael's Catholic College London. This skilled up workshop, or the Masterclass, differed from the normal FUN:) school visits because of its additional skills, e.g. de-boning chicken thighs to cook Kung Pao Chicken and the added Chinese dumpling wrapping workshop for a variation of traditional and creative techniques such as the "Rose". All the dumplings shown in the photos were made by the students, especially impressive was that all students were first timer dumpling makers - such a talented group!
