A Chinese chef and our project team members will present the Workshop.
What you will learn:
During the workshops, participants will learn how to prepare and cook a set of traditional and modern, popular Chinese dishes in a healthy way
Recipes for different levels of skills will be provided and teachers can use these recipes to teach students in class
All participants will be given a booklet of recipes, samples of Lee Kum Kee© sauces and CPD certificates (after completion of the workshops)
Q&A session – opportunity to ask and learn more in an engaging, hands-on and focused environment
Also, you will be competing to secure a place for the final Teachers Training Workshop and Competition in May 2017, where the best Food Technology teachers will show their best culinary skills to win a free trip to Hong Kong.
