- Soft bean curd/Soft tofu 400 g
- Minced pork 120 g [lean meat]
- Bell pepper (s) 50 g [red, diced]
- Water chestnuts 25 g [diced]
- Sauce for Black Bean Chicken, 50 g [1 pack]
- Mix minced pork, diced red bell pepper and water chestnut with Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Bean Chicken.
- Cut soft bean curd into 12 slices. Spread minced pork mixture on top.
- Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
